4:00-5:30 pm: Opening Circle

5:30-6:30 pm: Guided Cannabis Opening

6:30-7:30 pm: Dinner

Day 2: MON

6:30-7:00 am: Chanting + Meditation

Greet the day with a chanting and meditation practice to clear and focus your mind.

7:00–7:45 am: Intro to Functional Strength

Build energy at the start of your day with a practice that integrates strength, power, balance, mobility, and coordination. Functional Strength incorporates resistance training via eccentrics and isometrics through a full range of motion. Not only will this benefit the muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments, but also your mind!

8:00–9:00 am: Breakfast

9:00 am – 12:00 pm Breathwork Overview + Group Process

Learn about the history and practice of breathwork to prepare for your upcoming breathwork journeys and experience group process through guided activities of reflection and connection.

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch

1:00-5:30 pm: Breathwork Session #1

Experience the transformative power of breathwork in your first journey. You will be a breather or a sitter, depending on what you and your partner decide.

5:45–6:30 pm: Outdoor Yoga

6:30–7:30 pm: Dinner

Day 3: TUES

6:30-7:00 am: Chanting + Meditation

Greet the day with a chanting and meditation practice to clear and focus your mind.

7:00–7:45 am: Infinity Class

A unique spiritual practice that utilizes movement, breathwork, and meditation. The movement in the class includes the basics of strengthening and stabilizing to the coordination of rotating with rhythm. Mindfulness permeates the class with very intentional movements and pauses. It's infused with the practice of intentional breath patterns to help regulate heart rate, brain waves, and nervous system.

8:00-9:00 am: Breakfast

9:00-10:00 am: Sharing Circle

Sit in the group process and share your experience as a sitter or breather in yesterday's breathwork journey.

10:00 am–12:00 pm: Crystal Hike or Massage Options

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch

1:00–5:30 pm: Breathwork Session #2

5:30–6:30 pm: Outdoor Yoga

Experience a practice that combines 5 of the 10 basic components of fitness and longevity, including cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, agility, and accuracy. Functional Conditioning incorporates metabolic conditioning principles to improve overall work capacity. In other words, teaching your body how to go on a hike without getting tired, or walking up the flight of stairs without gasping for air.

8:00-9:00 am: Breakfast

9:00-10:00 am: Sharing Circle

10:30 am–12:00 pm: Psychedelic Cannabis Overview

12:00-1:00 pm: Lunch

1:00–5:30 pm: Cannabis Session #1
