Day 1

3:00-3:30 pm: Arrival + Check-In

3:30-4:45 pm: Snacktime/Meet + Greet

5:00-6:00 pm: Grounding Yoga w/ Meg

Give yourself time and space to arrive in this beautiful setting in a special class designed to support your body and mind to unwind and ground after a long travel day.

6:00-7:00 pm: Dinner

7:00-8:30 pm: Opening Circle

Day 2

5:30-6:00 am: Chanting + Meditation w/ Alice

Greet the day with a chanting and meditation practice to clear and focus your mind.

6:00–7:00 am: Intro to Functional Strength w/ Marco

Build energy at the start of your day with a practice that integrates strength, power, balance, mobility, and coordination. Functional Strength incorporates resistance training via eccentrics and isometrics through a full range of motion. Not only will this benefit the muscles, bones, tendons, and ligaments, but also your mind!

7:00–7:45 am: Breakfast

8:00–9:00 am: Guided Hike w/Darci

A silent hike to settle into the beautiful land of River Mountain. At specific points, you'll stop along the way to hear stories of the history of this land.

10:00 am – 12:00 pm Breathwork Overview + Group Process w/ Kyle + the Breathwork Team

Learn about the history and practice of breathwork to prepare for your upcoming breathwork journeys and experience group process through guided activities of reflection and connection.

12:00-12:45 pm: Lunch

1:00-4:00 pm: Breathwork Session #1

Experience the transformative power of breathwork in your first journey. You will be a breather or a sitter, depending on what you and your partner decide.

5:00–6:00 pm: Intuitive Movement w/ Meg

Experience a movement practice guided by your bones, your breath, and a curated playlist to help connect you to self-expression and collective effervescence.

6:00–7:00 pm: Dinner

7:30–8:30 pm: Sharing Circle

Finish the day in group process and share about your experience as a sitter or breather in today's breathwork journey.

Day 3

5:30-6:00 am: Chanting + Meditation w/ Alice

Greet the day with a chanting and meditation practice to clear and focus your mind.

6:00–7:00 am: Yoga for Energy Awareness w/ Meg

Movement and breathwork build vital energy, but are you aware of your body as an energy vessel? This hatha yoga practice was designed to help you prepare for your breathwork journey by introducing you to yogic techniques that help you contain, build, and purify energy.

7:00-7:30 am: Breakfast

8:00-11:00 am: Breathwork Session #2

Experience the transformative power of breathwork in your first journey. You will be a breather or a sitter, depending on what you and your partner decide.

12:00-12:45 pm: Lunch

1:00–2:00 pm: Sharing Circle

Sit in the group process and share your experience as a sitter or breather in today's breathwork journey.

2:00–2:30 pm: Office Hours

Check-in with one of the facilitators for some individual attention and bring any questions you might have.

2:30–4:00 pm: Hive Tour + Honey Tasting w/ Darci

Learn about the amazing lives of honeybees with Darci Sanner, master beekeeper, and meet the bees at their hives on the River Mountain property. You'll then taste a few different types of honey and learn more about its healthy and healing properties.

4:00–4:45 pm: Snacks + Social Time

5:00–6:00 pm: Infinity Class w/ Marco

A unique spiritual practice that utilizes movement, breathwork, and meditation. The movement in the class includes the basics of strengthening and stabilizing to the coordination of rotating with rhythm. Mindfulness permeates the class with very intentional movements and pauses. It's infused with the practice of intentional breath patterns to help regulate heart rate, brain waves, and nervous system.

6:00–7:00 pm: Dinner

7:30–8:30 pm: Fireside Chats

Join us around the campfire for s'mores and to learn more about what practices support our wholebeing: soul collage, enneagrams, and Ayurveda.

Day 4

5:30-6:00 am: Chanting + Meditation w/ Alice

Greet the day with a chanting and meditation practice to clear and focus your mind.

6:00–7:00 am: Intro to Functional Conditioning w/ Marco

Experience a practice that combines 5 of the 10 basic components of fitness and longevity, including cardiovascular endurance, stamina, speed, agility, and accuracy. Functional Conditioning incorporates metabolic conditioning principles to improve overall work capacity. In other words, teaching your body how to go on a hike without getting tired, or walking up the flight of stairs without gasping for air.

12:00-12:45pm: Lunch

1:00-2:00 pm: Sharing Circle

2:00-2:30 pm: Office Hours

2:30-3:30 pm: SoulCollage® w/ Kat

SoulCollage® is a creative and intuitive process where you select images from magazines or other printed materials that resonate with you and arrange them on a card in a way that feels meaningful.The cards are used for self-exploration, personal growth, and spiritual development, and breathwork journey integration. They can represent your strengths, challenges, and aspirations.

3:30-4:45 pm: Enneagram 101 w/ Jarrod

Explore the wisdom of the Enneagram to chart a path that resonates with your unique spirit. Learn how it can help in the preparation and integration of breathwork journeys.

5:00-6:00 pm: Intuitive Movement w/ Meg
