    Transpersonal breathwork is a practice that integrates breathing techniques with a transpersonal psychology perspective, focusing on expanding consciousness.

    FRIDAY
    5:00 pm: Arrival + Check-In
    5:30-6:00 pm: Infinite Energy Qigong Class 
    6-7 pm: Dinner
    7-8 pm: Introductions + Breathwork Overview
     
    SATURDAY 
    6:30-7:30 am: Infinite Energy + Chanting
    7:45 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
    9 am - 12 pm: Group Process + Breathwork 101
    12 - 1 pm: Lunch
    1 - 4:30 pm: Breathwork Session 1
    5-6 pm: Movement/Break
    6 - 7 pm: Dinner
    7-8 pm: Group Share
     
    SUNDAY 
    6:30-7:30 am: Infinite Energy + Chanting
    7:45 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
    9 am - 12 pm: Breathwork Session 2
    12 - 1 pm: Lunch
    1 - 3 pm: Group Process + Closing Circle

    Accommodations + Registration

    Single Deluxe Accommodations with Private, in-Room Bath: $1500/person
    Single Accommodations with Shared Bath: $1300,
    Double Accommodations with Shared Bath: $1100/person

    Register before 9/27 and receive $100 off.  Register with a friend or family member, and you'll each receive an additional $100 off.

    Your application requires a $500 deposit to hold your spot. Discounts will be applied to the balance, due by October 18th.
